Bruce Redekop

After several years of work, travel and studies in the arts, humanities, business and philosophy (Simon Fraser University, 1981), Bruce Redekop enrolled at the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia.  He graduated in 1986 and travelled to Tokyo, Japan where he enjoyed Japanese culture and a position at the international business Law Offices of Hedeki Kojima.

Bruce returned to Canada in 1988 and articled at the Vancouver law firm of Feller Drysdale.  He was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 1989 and soon exercised his legal education and entrepreneurial instincts to develop a vibrant and loyal clientele of businesses and entrepreneurs.

In 1991 Bruce joined as an associate of the real estate law firm, Kerr Mouzourakis.  When that partnership dissolved in 1994, the members reformed an association of independent law corporations and lawyers, now known as Kerr Redekop Leinburd & Boswell.  The association is located at their present West Broadway, Vancouver location.

Bruce has worked over 20 years assisting businesses and entrepreneurs develop successful legal strategies and solutions in their enterprises.  He works as independent counsel and serves as a director and officer for some technology oriented start-up ventures.  As a result of years of practice and hands on business experience, Bruce is intimate with the issues faced by his clients as they venture into businesses or as their businesses evolve and change.
